I don’t know if you read any of your recent comments but I discovered your five week workout plan and I am doing you were fourth video for the first time today and I will say it is definitely made me stronger I have recently over the past year lost 72 pounds and definitely turned to yoga for my choice of workouts since I’ve had two back surgeries as well. I did the first three weeks each video I did for times a week I didn’t knowIf that was enough times or if I should do more than four times a week for each video. I enjoy them so much that I wouldn’t mind going back and doing them a few more times but yeah I think you so much I really enjoy your videos and your teachings. And I find your voice and personality very soothing

  4. Nice practice, long time ago I didn't practice half moon pose and trikonassa, when I did this last pose I have some pain on my hips, I enjoyed a lot, thanks for sharing, namaste.

  5. I am afraid of needles so I won't ever get one but when tattoos have meaning then I think they can be a beautiful part of our body that tells a story.

As for your tattoo, I am anti-tattoo and prefer to appreciate the beautiful image I was given and nurture it accordingly. But it's your body, choice and I respect it.   7. just started my 4th week. I feel so strong. everyday the routine gets easier. as far as tattoos go I say go for it. I have 6 tasteful tattoos and i'm not done. my kids and I are all getting matching symbols.

  12. These workouts seem to be getting easier, #2 was pretty hard for me #3 was kind of challenging but not as much as #2 and this one I don't even break a sweat!

  14. tattoos are cool. if i will get one i'd like to use it with a specific intention on it like 'oh here is this triangle tattoo representing joy on my (insert body part here). no matter how i currently feel, joy is here with me'. at least to me is cool. many blessing and good fortune 🙂

Hi….  Well, Jen, I am feeling so much better.  My flexibility has definitely improved, but of course struggling with my balance.  I greatly appreciate your time and concern for our well being.  I have to take a bit longer, but I'll take another week or so to enjoy this video, again.  Thanks.  Oh, I don't have tattoos, but like it is for many, the sun and the moon are attractive, maybe a butterfly or to also.   Thanks again.
