Yoga For Weight Loss is a great practice to begin a healthy routine to help tone, and stretch your body to help you reach your fitness goals.
The type exercise you do will determine what shape, tone, and level of definition your muscles will have. Yoga promotes lean muscle, and helps to work all the little stability muscles that are difficult to access in other forms of exercise. However, remember 80 percent of how much you are is based on the kind of food and how much of it you eat.

  4. Really like these kinds of videos, I usually do a warm up then a HITT type of work out and finish with one of your yoga videos. However I work 12 hour shifts and sometimes I only have a half hour and this way I get a work out with a grounded vibe and still get my yoga fix! Thanks Tim!

  5. I surf/skate/snowboard but have been off for a few years because of life, also gained tons of weight and lost my core muscles. I dig this series, dig the format, everything. I had the yoga for surf dvd years ago and thought it was boring compared to this. Lookin forward to shreddin some pavement soon, thank you for the vid! Subscribed

  6. I had problems with my shoulder, Knee and back. It was hard for me to do Yoga. I cut out all of the grains and sugar from my diet. I have no aches or pain. My stamina has skyrocketed. I am moving on to the more difficult videos!!
