  7. i've lost approximately 65 lbs in the last 6 months…from 250+ to a steady 185….i do not stretch like i should and i know i need to work on that…i think yoga would help quite a bit with that…so here i am….id love to add some yoga to my daily routine

  8. Guys, just hold the pose (and if you aren’t flexible enough yet just tweak it a little. The repetition of repeating daily will make you more flexible until you can get in these poses much easier) for as long as you can! You don’t have to do as many leg lifts or extensions etc as she does but as much as you can! Until you’re tired, then do three more! She illustrates that she would rather you be in tune with your body and relaxed (not relaxed like on a couch eating potato chips) but LISTENING to your bodies needs and communicating to it. Getting in shape should never be comfortable/easy. It sucks:) how you feel when you are doing it should not feel GREAT. It’s the progression of how you feel after doing it for awhile. Stop complaining! If you want to live more fit you have to understand you aren’t going to be comfortable. Pushing your body and training it is not a weak persons gain. Strong in mind first, then body will follow suit.
    I couldn’t do the downward dog…. I felt like I would’ve pulled a muscle. So I did what I could then I relaxed In a resting pose and just talked to my body. Then I did five more and my body did it for me. It was amazing. Loved the video. (Ps I’m so inflexible and have never done yoga so this was an experience for me!)

  9. I did the whole video and this is my first time doing yoga. My body does feel less stressed. The only position I couldn't do was the down ward doggy.

  10. I always had the feeling that intense cardio or working out super hard would help well I mean it does help but for some reason not for me but when ever I found these videos I was amazed by the results I lost 3 pounds and can’t wait to do more.😉
