  1. This is a great video that covers stretches for all parts of your body. I just will fast forward it and not do it all at once. Some I do by myself at the gym. You just have to figure out what works for you and work up to it.

  2. I used to practice yoga quite well about 8 years ago. I was shocked at how much my body has become stiff and no longer flexible when doing this. I wonder how long it will take to stretch out my muscles ? It was a really good place to start again.

  3. Just started, it feels good. Hope to continue same video for a week, and get into the Foundations for Yoga series, and take it from there….. Thank you Adriene!

  4. Hey Adriene, I was having an accident, thus, not practicing for a (long) while, coming back to this is a bliss, thank you!

  5. I’m recovering from a hysterectomy and a gall bladder removal and desperate to get back to training. Never tried yoga before and I’ve just followed this video. Thank you so much! I haven’t been able to do anything, yet I was able to do all the moves. You’ve given me hope!

  6. I used to do your beginner's playlist a couple of years back. I remember my body feeling so good and it being just my level. I decided to come back, hoping you were still doing your videos, and I found you! I'm a bit sad the beginner's playlist is gone but you Still havet plenty of vidoes that are right up my alley! I'm looking forward to my body feeling amazing again. Thank you for doing these vidoes. It's the only way I've ever found myself enjoying yoga.

  7. This is really hard to do on carpet lol. I think I’m gonna need to get a mat if I’m gonna keep doing this lol. Hopefully it doesn’t hurt as much in the future.

  8. I'm only 53 but 2 hip replacements, knee surgeries & shoulders. I tried this and really want to succeed but..I can't come close to sitting Indian style. And can barely get on my knees. Any suggestions?

  9. Your Yoga videos are helping me manage pain, nausea and discomfort from abdominal cancer. My doctor recommended practicing yoga when I was diagnosed with cancer for second time this year. My favorite, and the one that started me on this journey is "A Little Goes A Long
Way." Thank you so much for your help.
