I been one year doing this , just dis poses and I did lose so much weight and was able to see my abs sometimes , I mixed with vegetarian diet and I was loosing weigh even faster , now I got the weigh I lost again because I had an accident and my PTSD after that plus I was in treatment but I’m ready to do it again ! And mixed again with a good diet and my treatment ! Wish me luck
