Workout at Home for Women – 15 Minute Total Body Workout with Weights (3, 5, 8, and 10-pound dumbbells)

For this total body workout, I purposefully left out music so that you may play your own music while you work out with me. I recommend doing this workout when you either don’t have as much time or as much energy to work out. It will still help you to be consistent. I recommend doing one of my cardio warm-up videos first, but if you’re short on time this workout does include a super brief warm-up. If you have more time at the end of this total body workout, then do a final stretch video.
