  2. The plank was the most difficult!! But I’m so proud of finishing this video. Idk how many times I get halfway through these types of videos and give up

  3. 3 hardest poses for me:

    1. Extended plank. My arms tend to give out and I start shaking really badly.

    2. Boat pose. My core just really doesn’t like this one,

    3. Child’s Pose. I always have to skip out on the last one because my head starts to hurt when I do it.

  4. Not even halfway in he video, my 2yr old jumped on my back and my dog began to bite and pull my hair 😩 I was getting into it! 😭

  6. For beginners! Don't try the lowering yourself flat on your back via your elbows with your knees out to either side at home, folks!

  7. Why does she say in the video that your body should be in a completely straight line but her body is not. Why is her upper back so hunched?
