  1. Thank you for this message! Really needed to hear some of these blunt truths. I’ve been guilty of making excuses and giving up as soon as I make a mistake. Love your videos ❤️

  2. You are so inspirational and motivating 💕 I really needed this video right now. I was going hard at eating clean and working out consistently for the past month but then the past few days I completely failed. But you've motivated me to pick myself back up and start going again!

  3. Much needed I’ve failed so many times due to many excuses. I’m definitely in a period of self acceptance(allowing my myself to relax) before I commit again. I enjoy planned meals but find it difficult when I miss a meal prep yes I could substitute it, but for me “flexible dieting” in the past had lead to binge eating which leads to no more diet. What’s your advice on improving behavioral impulse actions?

  4. Love your comments, especially about the flat tire. I have "slashed my other 3 tires and blown up my car" too many times to count!!!!! It is such a great visual.

  5. I have been suffering from binge eating and Am really sick of it
But i will heal my mind remembering your word ✊🏼😢
    Thank you

  6. CA represent! You don't need a filter Christine. I just put on 2 lbs from last week after a heavy week long binge. I feel like I undid a lot of the exercise I've been doing, and progress I've seen. Welp. I will try to remain consistent.

  7. I work a full time 8 to 5 job where I sit at a desk all day. What would you recommend for snacks an should I fast and start eating at 12?

  8. Listening to this video at the gym lifting weights! I love this video!!! You're amazing! All you women are amazing and so inspiring! I'm currently battling infertility and exercise has been my way away from that hell and uncertainty!

  9. I have two problems
    1) Craving for crunchy or sweet
    2) Rollercoaster! Going from great meals one week -> to the next week of chocolates -> back to healthy -> this oscillation kills my goals!

  10. I’ve been on a slow & steady almost 5yr journey to a healthier me. This change in mindset has been my biggest accomplishment. I began telling myself that it’s ok to mess up but to get back on it. I lost my dad & almost my mom to bad health & I didn’t want my family to go through what I was going through & that’s what made me make a change. A better me for me & everyone around me. 50lbs lighter, 80+lbs of muscle & a healthier lifestyle are now my norm. I’m not where I want to be but I’m getting there. If I can do it at 48 then so can you! All the little changes add up to so much more!

  11. You are absolutely amazing! You have such an understanding of real people’s situation!
This is such a raw and honest talk. Thank you thank you thank you!
    Consistency is the key!
You have motivated me, I kidd you not! 👊

  12. I think we stop being consistent because instead of going with truth of situation we go with our feelings . Someone said if your tired of starting over then stop giving up and if you want something you never had you have to do something you never done. So inspirational in my fitness journey anyway.
