    Update:
    Following flexi diet, not very strict keto, moderate carb, moderate fat and protein. Lost 2 pounds and staying there… working out 5 days a week either yoga, strenth training or elliptical based on energy level.
    Time to make another shift. This whole week, planning to stick to 80g carbs instead 100g but will maintain 1400 calories. Let me see any changes.
