HIIT & AB Circuit

30 sec skipping
30 sec v-up
30 sec rest
30 sec mountain climbers
30 sec heel tap
30 sec rest
30 sec in n out squats
30 sec bicycle
30 sec plank walks
plank until fail

repeat 2 -3 times
