  1. I don't really pay too much attention to the scale. We loose water weight every time we go to the bathroom and usually are at least a pound or two lighter when we wake up in the morning vs when we go to sleep at night. I consider the best judge of weight loss to be how well my clothes fit. So my weight loss goal is to fit into my jeans without the slightest hint of muffin top just like when I bought them two years ago. No number. Just comfortable clothes would make me happy.

  2. I am loving your videos, been doing the 3 for weight loss for about a week and just did this one. What I like is the poses are easy and great for beginners. I did another beginners weight loss yoga and my poor tummy muscles were VERY sore for days, I can see how the wrong teacher can put you off. I have 10lbs to lose to get to my goal weight, been on a role now for a few weeks and really think the yoga is great, tones you and gets things moving and also makes you feel great regardless of extra weight loss. Thanks Courtney 🙂

  11. Thanks for these videos, I have just started doing yoga. Have lost approx. 60kgs in past four years, working on flexibility. Still have trouble with lifting hips up of mat and the lunges…getting leg forward from down ward dog. Can only get better from here.  These videos are great help, along with classes that I do.  🙂

  13. I really enjoyed doing this video, I defiantly felt the stretches and this has made me feel a lot calmer after doing this, I will be doing more of these videos for sure! I've lost 7lbs but still have 8lbs to go!

  14. I'd like to lose 40 to 70 lbs. I'm bigger and have always been, bigger. I'm done with that and need to get healthy. I have found I really like yoga.

  15. Right now my focus is on the next 30lbs. I once weighed 255lbs (at the end of my pregnancy with my son) then I'd stayed at roughly 230 for a long time till I went down to 170-175lbs… got pregnant with my daughter and went right back to 215. She is now 6 months old and I'm right back to 170-175! I've completely changed my life around but now my focus is on the next 30lbs.
    If I can do it, you can do it 😉

  16. I need to lose at least 60 lbs. but I'm so lost in where to start with yoga. Please help me with some pointers!

  17. I started doing yoga 2 weeks ago; I do it twice a week for an hour. I weighed 190.2 lb at the beginning and I now weigh 180 lb. I plan on getting back down to 150 lbs.
