  7. Hello Sanela, I am loving your workouts, I came across them by accident. I love doing weights but I also like to stretch and do a slower body weight workout as well, I feel it makes for a good balance. You are very good at instructing, easy to follow for someone who is a bit of a beginner. I have done some yoga in the past. I find you very pleasant to follow
