  8. Thanks ever so much for your yoga instruction videos! They're honestly the best guidance I've come across, detailed enough so that I know what to do.
    As for my favorite character, well, it's hard if not impossible to name one, but I always liked that twi'lek dancer of Jabba's, you know, the one that gets fed to the rancor via the trap door? I call her Anita (kinda sounds like what Jabba's saying to her). She doesn't have a lot of screen time, and what we are shown is the end of her story, not the beginning or a mid-point merging into the main story line, so it leaves a lot to be guessed. What was her life like before being bound to Jabba in servitude? How did she get there? 
    Actually, I just had to dig out my script book (yes, I have a collector's edition VHS box set with the complete scripts… of course they're online as well, but…). Turns out her name is Oola, and Jabba is actually saying "Da eitha!", to which her response is "Na Chuba negtorie Na! Na! Natoota…". This dialog is not translated in the script.

  14. Ok so i'm a former meat head so yoga is difficult because of all the flexibility issues lol but i have to say somehow this works. What i'm trying to say is Erica you are an amazing instructor. i feel like somehow you were born to teach. You're voice is so relaxing and clear. You explain everything perfectly. you are the only instructor that i watch and i went from doing your videos once a week to almost everyday and sometimes even 2 times a day. THANK YOU =]

  16. I really REALLY appreciate how detailed your instruction is, I find my self adjusting and focusing on each and every muscle and position of my body while practicing your workout. I'm a beginner and I feel like it's so very important for me (as I don't have a mirror) to learn awareness of my forms and really FEEL what my body is doing, it makes me feel connected to myself and helps me to surrender to the challenges of this practice, and your detailed guidence is just what I need.
