  1. Been a Denise Austin fan for years. I love this workout, as I do most of her workouts. This hit everything and could really feel my abs working during those jack knives!

  2. My ball is 55cm. Had a very hard time balancing. Ball seem too big to do the leg exercise. Am I using the wrong size? Hard to balance in one foot

  3. I hate it when the instructor quits so he/she can critique a background exerciser. She says to look at how she's doing it but how can you do that and concentrate on what you're doing with two weights over your head? Can't she just tell you how it's done without showing you?

I think it ashame that she had to sell half of her estate for her niece operation.She should have got the rights of her ESPN shows and early Lifetime shows where she did this in those Skimpy bikini and the Camera shots she directed them to show.She would have the money.Really her ESPN Utah shows.That was the best french cut bikini's she had on…

IMHO Ms. Austin is the real queen of fitness.  Most of the people who were around when she started making fitness videos (around 1987-88) have long disappeared.  She remains tall and strong.  I'm not a fan of fitness videos but I used her kickboxing videos during rehab after a serious accident.  They were very helpful.
