  1. Thank you for your video. Sauna suits, like saunas, are mainly used for sweating out toxins. The drastic weight loss experienced is only temporary. The long term and not-so-drastic weight loss is as a result of the loss of toxins, which are stored by fat cells. The fewer toxins in the body, the fewer fat cells are required to keep you healthy. Persons using sauna suits should hydrate before and after use to avoid dehydration and damage to the body.

  3. I have an Everlast sweat suit and…oh my God. I've NEVER sweated that much in my life. Like my back got smaller a little faster than it should have. I was literally dripping sweat. Disgusting but gives great results 😂

  4. For me l drink water with a pinch of sea salt or pink salt afterwards to replace my electrolytes and it works.

  5. Researchers found moderately overweight men who exercised hard enough to sweat for 30 minutes a day lost an average of 8 pounds over three months compared to an average weight loss of 6 pounds among men who worked out for 60 minutes a day. <— Reading this… well the sauna suit will help you lose water weight, sweat more and dehydrate faster in turn making you drink more water and want water instead of sugar drinks or whatever… obviously that will cut out thousands of calories a week

    Weight loss… works for me

  6. I used to wear these sauna suits back in the day. And to be honest, it's more beneficial to do without it than with it. All you do is temporarily drop water weight, which is gained right back after rehydrating. It's more so for athletes, that need to make weight in a short amount of time….like a wrestler or boxer before weigh in.

  7. This isnt something new its been around for years before these came out had to wear a garbage its works i used to wear one when i was cutting the lawn sweating like crazy drink alot of water when using it

  8. I say this with kindness. Work on your communication skills. Count how many times he used the word I and like. The good practicing tool is to rehearse new lines footnotes will help. Now for the positive you're very beautiful beautiful smile

  9. It worked wonders for me.. Cause I lost 15kgs in 9 mths by doing fitness and light weight at home while using a sauna suit.

  10. Who cares what you look like in the suit? -_- I wear it to the gym and have seen several others out with it. No, we don't look stupid.
