All the advertisements are nothing but encouraging junk food, fast foods, and endless snacking!! once you start fasting and really change your mindset, you notice just how everything revolves around food and everyone is snacking around u. It's truly eye opening. I agree with you beautiful, I've wasted so much time and money on diet food plans that never gave me lasting results or taught u lifestyle habits 😘😊

  3. i have fasted just for like 4 days last month and 5 days 2 days ago..water fast both times and now 3 meals seem too much to me…its feels like forcing yourself to eat 3 meals…OMAD is the best lifestyle because you give your body enough time to digest food and no food residue is left inside your colon…and you feel light after 5-7 hours after the food gets digested.
