  1. I did this yoga hiit for the first time and I loved the results. The next 48 hours afterward were rough because I was unable to do any workouts or yoga routines for a good two days. My body still was as toned as ever and my weight didn't change at all. I highly recommend this hiit, especially before you get those days where you simply don't have time to workout.
