  4. By applying what`s taught within the yoga guide "Yοmzοzο Kena" (Google it) together with cardio and light weight training, I didn`t shed pounds only but got my core stronger as well. The handbook is simple to follow and understand. Yoga is just not all about positions only but it`s a way of life too. The drawings and illustrations are comprehensive making the poses not hard to follow. .

  7. This is great for beginners but I found it too much pausing and explanation for those who know basic yoga.

  8. i just tried this and oh my god it felt so good! and its not even the morning, its gonna be so good when i wake up and stretch. this made me sweat, stretched my body so well, and your voice is so soothing and reassuring! definitely making this a part of my morning routine. also this was the first yoga video that i finished all the way through 🙂 x

  9. I loved the pace and the detailed instructions. I'm a complete newbie and out of shape (and I'm 52), so there were lots of challenging poses for me and that's fine, I'm here to be challenged. And I especially appreciated the instructions for each pose, as I know next to nothing about yoga, so your teaching style is very helpful to me. THANK YOU!
