    Find a reputable program locally or online and stick to it
    Do yoga with a friend so you have someone to encourage you

  5. Google the diet “fizy unique plan”, for me, it is the best plan I have tried out and obtained excellent results. My entire life has improved for the better after I dropped 12 pounds by following this plan!. Try this your self, hope you will love it like me.

  6. I would not consider this a beginner video. I am only two weeks into yoga and some of those poses were no where meant for a beginner. If I were further along, or intermediate, in my yoga this probably would have been different.

  7. That was a tough 1 for me but I enjoyed it a lot and feel good afterwards and feel like I got a good workout in for the day.

  8. This is a good straightforward routine, quite challenging but good, was it me or did we skip a side at the end?! Felt I'd missed a bit! 😀

  9. I remember when I first started doing yoga a couple months ago, I couldn't get through the chaturangas without feeling like I was going to die. Now I can easily flow through them like nothing. Yay!

  13. Terrific video and instruction. I am a beginner and that was a really challenging work out.

    I modified some of poses and rest in down dog as you suggested and huffed and puffed to the end.

    My favorite part of the video was the cool down.
