  8. This was awesome! But pls tell me when we inhale through nose do we have to exhale every time through mouth. I mean all the time to keep open the mouth not to exhale from nose.

  9. Love your soothing voice & the emphasis on breathing ! Do you do one for arthritis & joint health ??? You could turn the music up a bit and with your encouraging , low, & gentle tone of voice … it would be a wonderful experience !!! How about cleanse and detox ideas/ yoga ???

  10. I love your videos! I feel terrific when I do them consistently, During the hip thrusts in this flow, my hamstrings cramp up each time, just below my knees. I've also notice this at other times while doing yoga. Will you please share some stretches to prevent this?
