  1. Hi Travis! I really don’t like protein shakes with water I usually do it with milk. But I’m trying to drink more water, does it leave any lumps or is it grainy at all or. Have a bad aftertaste like with most protein shakes do?

  4. I'm looking to start replacing at least my breakfast, and hopefully my lunch to save myself a ton of money a day on food. Is Ka'chava something I can have twice a day in two full serving, or should I split up a serving between breakfast and lunch? I don't think you can OD on vitamins and minerals I think, but I'm still learning.
