  1. I read a book more than 20 years ago that stated NEVER mix carbs and meat, so this is not in any way something new, meat plus veggies or grains (carbs) and veggies. Simple.

  2. I felt she looked horrible at the end she had no shape on her looked anorexia to me . Her bones were showing and ribs . To me she was to skinning .when she had that bathsuit on it was gross . I not cutting her down personally I saying that is very unsafe diet . Aand really how can ppl live off that kind of fun . Not go out and to eat . Sorry I last 1 day

  3. So here I was just lying in bed and enjoying laughing at SNL commercials. Then I get this vid recommended. Really? I just wanted some laughs. Trust me when I say there is nothing funny about watching a skinny girl diet to look anorexic. At least not to this overweight 180 pound woman.
    Maybe I'm just being grouchy. I think I'll try a snickers bar. According to the commercials I've seen a snickers bar will fix me up right.

  4. that’s awesome. said some things that rang true for me. years ago, I was exercising plenty, but I love to eat! I was not good at portion control. personally, I had to start intermittent fasting. I’ve lost ten lbs in the first few weeks, but have hit a plateau. What I am doing now is going more paleo, modified paleo. I also need to have more discipline in staying the course on exercising, which I love to do, but work often gets in the way.     , looks pretty good. Really it’s not rocket science, although we in the west make it hard. Eat whole foods in moderation, get enough rest, reduce stress, and exercise, not insanely, but regularly. Aerobics and some form of weight-bearing exercise seem to be the best combination.
