I Did 100 Sit-Ups a Day for a Month | To Fix My Lower Belly Pooch




I recently did a video where I attempted to do 1000 sit ups in 1 day. You guys then requested I attempted to do 100 sit ups everyday for a month, SO I DID IT. Background: I have suffered with something called ATP my whole life, which is from having weak core muscles. This results in lower back pain, reduced sports performance, and yes I have a posture that my gut sticks out always. I wanted to challenge myself to do a simple ab routine like this every day to see if it could fix this. Follow along to see what happens!   1. Thanks for making this video! I’m having a hard time to accept and trying to fix my lower belly. It looks like I’m pregnant apart from how much I exercise.. Just found out I’ve got IBS, but even if I’m eating right, my lower belly is there.
    Have never heard of ATP, but I will check that out!

  4. You're so inspiring to me because I have a similar body type (plus I have horrible, pregnant type posture, and weak core) and seeing you being so beautiful makes me realize that my body must be beautiful too. Seeing you become stronger encourages me to improve myself as well.
