  5. I have the black seed oil and I take it in the morning. Never knew it aided in hair growth but I noticed my hair has grown so it makes sense. Tfs. Need to head to the store and get some better options in the house. 😘🖤

  6. I use Olly products. I love their powders. I use almond milk to add to the powder. I add water flavor to my water. Strawberry melon is my fav…. So glad the bathroom at work is right next to my office

  9. Yes, being west Indian I definitely had the nutrientment shake, I'll definitely go grab those shakes and try those bars. It has to not eat the bad stuff because they taste so good. But if these taste similar I'll try it. Great video!

  12. This was helpful. The key is to be consistent. I’ve been on many diets and they worked well, but once I lost the weight I wanted, I would fall off. I will try the black seed oil for my hair. And I will get back on track with my healthy eating lifestyle.

  13. Great video, I will be taking some pointers from here for my own journey. I somehow don’t lose weight while breastfeeding so I’m just looking to see a change in fat% and a shrinking waistline.

  15. I need to try the Atkins. Power Crunch bars are so good, and I want to try the others you suggested. Kroger stores have these smaller Braggs bottles that have ACV, distilled water and honey already mixed and it’s easier for me to
    drink. I don’t know how to swim either 😩 lol. Great video!

  16. Hey, I will definitely try some of the tips you suggested. I gain my weight when my parents passed away in 2016 and 2017 while I was finishing my undergrad degree. My takeaway is extend grace to myself. Love it! 💕
