  3. This workout is so shitty. I've been doing it for almost a year now and i haven't seen A SINGLE DIFFERENCE in my chest area. My arms are a lot more toned but that's literally it. It doesn't work ur chest in my opinion. My boobs weren't even slightly perky. And the title of this video should be changed, even tho she says that it won't grow ur boobs in the video, the title literally says the exact opposite. So technically this is also fucking clickbait. I'm genuinely disappointed

    My right breast is about half a cup smaller than my left. Can I do this exercise on just the right side or is that bad for me since I wouldn’t be evenly distributing?!
