    It would be awesome to see a "Top 10 foods you should eat!" kind of video.

    I recently read that capcaicin(found in chillies) can work againts the growth of prostate cancer wich leads to erectile dysfunction (but negative effects of spicy food on some people may be heartburn but can be subdued by eating yogurt).

    Anyway, i'm still trying to find out if the capcaicin in chillies can prevent (or atleast subdue) erectile dysfunction and what other benefits there may be hiding in foods and spices that pass us daily but can help us live a healthier and happier life!

  3. C'mon Alpha are you really gonna proceed with an outlandish video title like this and not expect to receive backlash from people who actually study this stuff? You and I both know that the notion of "spot-reducing fat" is an absolute myth. Negative calories? What you are conveying to people is that they will lose weight eating an unlimited amount of these so-called "negative calorie foods", which we know is bullshit. To all those working on establishing a healthy lifestyle, please do proper research in order to weed out fact from fiction.

  6. As a nutrition student I have to really disagree with this kind of video, there are no foods to "burn fat", there are foods that are healthier and have a better nutrient profile but that's is, no magic. If you want to burn fat just eat less and stop looking for magical solution

  7. I went from 220+ to 183 abs coming in real nice.. Obliques starting to pop.. Stick to oatmeal eggs coconut oil sardines salmon mackerel avocados bananas organic peanut butter bulgur a rice alternative.. Salmon can be canned.. Wheat crackers.. Any greens.. Tumeric as seasoning or tumeric as tea daily.. Minimal exercise to start at home.. Plenty stretching whenever you have the opportunity..

  8. It's impossible to find decent salmon because they are all FARMED. The only way you'll get real Salmon is if you catch one yourself.

    I hope someone can clear my doubt, I have little fat & little love handles, is it ideal to reduce my tummy first then work on abs exercises or can I work on abs now & would that flatten tummy? Which is more effective. I tried to Google but didn't get clear answer.
