  6. Honestly this motivates me so much! I am 5’3 and weigh 198 I honestly feel so insecure when going to the gym so this is great to stay at home! Does anyone know how to stay away from junk food and actually stay motivated to work out ._.

  8. I was looking for an uncomplicated cardio workout that I could use with my adult autistic son. This is absolutely fantastic. This is it! I would consider myself intermediate-ish cardio. With my son I was able to give half intensity and I still felt my heart rate a bit and my muscles warm up. I am so grateful I found ur video. Your voice is pleasant, encouraging. I like the timer and the preview to the next move. There are videos that stop moving to show you next move and slows the workout intensity, not fun. But with your video even if u know the next move you can continue straight through along with the preview, love it. I will share on Twitter….

  14. This is my first night using this workout! I'm 170 lbs and thought I would struggle with this, but with occasional pauses I got through! I usually have breathing problems when I work out but didn't struggle as much with this one. Let me know if you guys want updates as I continue to use this workout!
