  6. I practice yoga. But, I guess , this is not a beginner work out.. this must be an intermediate to advance stage . It is burning calories. Keep it up. Loved this session.

  7. I would like to thankyou for showing us how to breath and when to breath, how to hold your body parts and core corrrctly, because I watched so many yoga videos and they don't do that and I have injured myself not doing it properly. I will only follow you know.
