    I am already 4.5 kg down
    I was 54 when i started now im 49.5

    Will stop the day before ganesh puja…

    im doing keto plus intermittent..
    and taking bulletproof coffee instead of protein shake.
    so i am in keto from 1pm to 6 pm rest of the time I fast.
    and im using more butter and ghee and oil in keto.
    very less carb.. just like you said.
    i did your diet 2 years back… it worked…

    i started this time since i gained and due to my health issues im not being able to work out..

    If anyone wants to further know about my experience in keto… like it.. keep reminding me so that i can tell you about my experience and how much more im reducing… i will keep updating in every 10 days

  4. I loose 3 kgs in 1 week am so happy before that am following so many diets but nothing works for me than i started keto and am sooo happy but the problm is my appitite is so much decreased so i eat very less i dont know what will happen next☹
