Hooray for STRENGTH TRAINING! Today’s workout is all about getting strong and toned (and losing weight) with moderate dumbbells.

We’re focusing on excellent form so we can get excellent results, and chatting about how strength training is good for
✨ Shaping your body
✨ Boosting your metabolism

✨ Being aware of moderation

There’s no cardio today, but plenty of sweat to be had with no jumping and no transitions to the ground. Includes a warm up and cool down.

SET UP:
The interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete the circuit inchworm-style with pairs of exercises before rest; complete the circuit twice

WARM UP

Overhead to High Knees
Twisting High Knees
Front Raise / Side Raise

Oblique Crunches

  3. Day 23, OMG Done!!! I tried to do it this morning but failed miserably. but I got it! for a moment I thought I was doing it wrong because I felt like flying through them… ready for tomorrow and team we only have 8 more days to go… not that I am counting LOL…. thanks Lady P.

  7. Hey I really, really love the way you set up this challenge. Notifications every day including the # of day. No need for searching. I’m not close to 50 yet. Still enjoyed some workouts in addition to anything else I might do.

  8. Great workout. Worked every muscle in the body. I liked the inch worm format and short intervals. Can't wait until tomorrow.

  9. This was super fun today. And I did not want to get up this morning. I actually had to start the video while still in bed just to get the motivation to get up. I kept saying to myself I can do it later today. I did it though. 😊
