I really needed this, am underweight a bit, depressed and feeling really unmotivated to move for very long and dizzy so was trying to find something fun and that does not have downward dog in it, this has helped my back which has felt fused since i haven't been moving much. Also Jen you have an infectious laugh.

  7. Wow! I'm a 38-year-old mom who has been searching for a workout that is both easy and effective. This is it! I never felt like I was being pushed too hard, but I was sweating and feeling a nice burn by the end. You guys are also so careful with making sure we stretch and protect our muscles and joints. I know this is a beginner workout, but I'm going to keep doing this until I move up to your next level! You are awesome!!!
