  8. Dam good cardio workout. Tara is cool and very informative. A gentle workout and most should be sweating profusely by the end of this session.

  9. This is a really good work out for beginners. I lose 10 lbs with this work out. Her voice is so soothing and the exercise look easy but you’ll sweat by the end of the work out.

  10. Pretty good video but I feel like it needs more upper body moves and I felt like is was mainly stretching instead of an actual workout
