  6. I am looking forward to this. I find sit ups and floor exercises painful after my third c section 8 years later lol. I was ten stone before the last pregnancy. I am no 13 1/2 stone. And I also got Diabetes type 1 and Rheumatoid Arthritis. So this seems good for me. I am 39 going on 80 lol.

  15. I did this and i feel so refreshed. Its my first day so of course im not seeing changes but i will infrom you each day i do the workout

  16. i usually dance once a week for a few hours if there’s an available room where i dance and do 360 crunches (7 different types) and i’m adding this too. my friend said that i didn’t even need to work out much. she said that i have a beautiful body and that it’s just the side of my waist that i have to train. she works out too and her body is goals, so she motivates me and i get motivated by her. let’s see how this goes!!

  17. I've been doing this for the past 3 weeks accompanied by a low calorie diet every day and I've lost 10 pounds! First week I felt very sore but then my body got used to the exercises. They're soft but really effective. Now I weight 110lb and am going to keep on doing this to go down 10 more!
