Today we decided to take it easy and the point of this workout is to give you a starting point. This workout is the modified version of one of the other workout and it is made to help you build your endurance up. Once this workout becomes easy you can move on the the harder one but it’s okay to modify the movements as you go but you must keep moving. I started doing the workout with a lot of modifications and did less and less as I got stronger in the movements. Always challenge yourself to go longer than the day before. As I mention before this is not my workout and belongs to beach body. They have the full workout on their website and tons of other things you can do. With a lot of motivation.
