  4. Hi chloe, I’m wondering if u could make a knee-friendly workout? I’m seeing all these workouts with squats,burpees and all that jazz but I can’t do them cuz of my knees. I really miss doing these exercises actually but I’m wondering is there any other effective exercises that won’t involve too much strain on my knees 🙂
