  7. Kelti… i am a woman of 311 lbs i started my journey at 368lbs in my journey i have tried a pole dancing class and it made me feel empowered, feminine, sexy and so very confident. It made me laugh, it made me feel strong… basically id love to see you try this out for a month and showcase not only you doing it but other women of all sizes and fitness levels in class with who are killing it… because so many times in my journey when ive told people about my workouts that i do or I've done and really enjoyed they don't believe me because they think fat people can't do this or that.
