  1. I'm early morning person regular with work out at list for 45 minutes..I'm 4"10 in height . My problem is I'm 53..52..Kg from long period…My target is 50 or low….But not happening.. Why…

Bohat hosla mita hy or sb wohi kerny ki khwahish hoti hy lakin kuch asse circumstances hote hain k jo socho woh aap k mutabiq nhi hota. Mam aap mujhe is Question ka answer zaroor dejiyega mam mujhe raat mey neend late aati hy or raat k 2:AM ho jate hain lakin ankh 7 bje khol jati hy second ye k subha sy leker 1:pm tk mujhy bilkul bhook nhi lagti kuch khaane ka dil nhi chahta. I am from karachi pakistan.i am single & live alone with my elder sister she is not able to attend any person or not interested to any activity of life. mam aap ko dekh ker inspiration milti hy.
