Hey guys, most of might struggle with belly fat. Might be finding different ways to reduce your fat. Here i have come up with 6 Exercise to reduce and cutdown your belly fat, which will be helpfull for your overall body/mind fitness.
This is my first fitness video on 6simple exercise to reduce the belly/tummy fat, more fitness videos and exercise would coming in near future.
Note – You can increase to decrease variation according to your feasibility, do not go to aggressive while doing it.
