  1. I`ve gotten stronger; have greater mobility; dropped a few pounds and appear thinner; and also have more vitality by simply following this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it). This great book is indeed tempting! It`ll inspire practitioners from all walks of life to have fun with yoga exercise. It guides us with the A-Z of yoga exercise: positions, respiration practices, and meditating along with their amazing benefits. .

  5. Hey Leslie, haven't checked in with your videos in some time but I have to say I LOVE the little jazzy music in the background, and the airy instrumental during savasana. Music is a must for me, it sets a vibrational tone and allows one to exit whatever background noises might be happening (unless they are birds, crickets, etc.). I think this is a fabulous addition to your videos, and your nice voice-over with extremely soft music is pretty much industry standard at this time. Clearly I am going to have to check into more of your recent uploads. Your videos have reached so many, and I recommend them to all my students – especially novices. Your lovely energy, calm voice, and clear teaching (cuing) make them perfect for yogis of all levels. Namaste, Leslie.

  6. Lesley, I have been practicing yoga for copla years now. Started following ur videos I think about a week back. I am noticing that I am turning a bit positive with a little voice guiding me into positive mental notes when I am a bit stressed about things. I think it's because of you and i attribute it to you. Thank you. 🙏❤️

  7. Love the flow but HATE the music Was WAAYY to fast and caused me to feel rushed and feel the need to speed up…music free please

  8. Lesley, I love ALL your videos, but I think I enjoy them more without the music. It makes it easier to concentrate on your voice, and get into the practice.

I would love if you could please post a version without the music, as I feel that would be more relaxing for some of us. 🙂 I choose one of your wonderful practices nearly every morning, and I am so grateful for your calm, kind, knowledgeable guidance in my life! I adore your cardio/HIIT/weight loss videos, and would love to see more in the 20 minute range. Thank you Lesley!
