  2. Wow! Steak 'n' eggs & avocado sounds great! I wonder if it would still be effective if you swapped the steak for a pork chop 50% of the time? Would it still be as effective? When I visited America on holiday a few years back steak 'n' eggs for breakfast just blew my mind – it was so nice. If there are no avocados available what would be a good alternative as in my situation they are sometimes available but sometimes not. Really interesting video and advice, thank you Mike 🙂
