  1. Just did this for the first time and enjoyed it! I've had a 15 lb kettlebell in the garage collecting dust for ever. I wonder how many times per week is safe to do this workout? And should I be adding a cardio routine along with it?

  4. So the HIIT 15 minute one killed me, this one I did easier so I will increase the weight next time. I get confused with the hip and glute squeezing.. not sure I do that right

  6. Also I tried with a 20 pound weight dumbbell and it was my FIRST workout in 4 years. I’m 250 pounds and dieting now am down to 235. I’ll be honest I was able to get to 10 minutes of the video. BUT I will try for 12 minutes tomorrow and then more and more each time. Thanks guys great vote workout . And good warm up as well. I’m subscribed for sure!

  8. This is so awesome. I can't thank you enough. I am a cancer survivor and I have  one and a quarter lung left, so I get gassed easily. I still push on and feel amazing afterwards.

  17. Awesome intro to kettlebell workouts! First time using one and with your tips on form and variation it was super easy to grasp and understand the correct movements to really work the muscles.
    I also love this style of not counting reps, I always do when I'm on a machine at the gym, but I thing I'm going to adopt this style of just doing as many as I can in a set amount of time, really motivating to not be focused on the counting and just focusing on how your body is moving!
    Thanks for the video, can't wait to repeat this one and try some of your others!!

  18. I did this with a 10 kg kettlbell before the 25 min arm workout. The kettle bell workout is as described in the title created for beginner, so it is not that hard. Thank you so much!!
