  1. Just did this for the first time and enjoyed it! I've had a 15 lb kettlebell in the garage collecting dust for ever. I wonder how many times per week is safe to do this workout? And should I be adding a cardio routine along with it?

  3. So not a huge change, but proud that the third week doing this I was able to use the 20lb kettlebell the entire time!

  4. So the HIIT 15 minute one killed me, this one I did easier so I will increase the weight next time. I get confused with the hip and glute squeezing.. not sure I do that right

  5. I had my baby 3 months ago and this really helped me stay motivated and pushed me to get back in shape!! Feeling great!!

  6. Also I tried with a 20 pound weight dumbbell and it was my FIRST workout in 4 years. I’m 250 pounds and dieting now am down to 235. I’ll be honest I was able to get to 10 minutes of the video. BUT I will try for 12 minutes tomorrow and then more and more each time. Thanks guys great vote workout . And good warm up as well. I’m subscribed for sure!

  7. What’s a good weight to start with I’m a bigger man. But just starting to get strength back so I’m weak
