Thank you for 2milsubs! Dropping a hot INTENSE full body workout for you as I try to do 2,000 reps in a workout. You should easily burn above 500 calories in this one, but do note that is a general guesstimate as everyone burns calories at a different rate based on multiple factors.

This workout is repetition based so not time based. It’s 2,000 reps across leg exercises, abs exercises, arms exercises etc. There is no jumping involved and it’s moderate in intensity. Great full body workout under an hour. Enjoy!

Do you think you could do a video about how to get fit, like what I mean is not in muscles but like being able to run for longer and like just increasing your endurance like in exercise and other things. Somedays I have this great flat tummy and then when I'm finally happy, BUM bloated 😭 how can I prevent this I have been doing Chloe's works out for more than 3 months and I have seen some results but every time I'm good with the results my stomach gets bloated and I loose all my gains 😭 I also avoid eating junk food and candies, I drink a lot of water I don't know what else to do :c, advices?
