  5. I got curious because my buddy had dropped weight and I desired to know how. When mention of a diet was brought up I immediately went straight away to google checking into this “sowo hope site” diet. The moment I listened to their guidance, I lost 14 and a half pounds.

  8. i try to jog for an hour every morning.. if i wanna do yoga as well, which should i do first? jog then do yoga, or do yoga first? if there's even a difference.
