  7. Without an additional warm-up, it took me about two minutes to enter my "cardio zone". Afterwards, my heart rate was elevated to 139 BPM on average, and 161 BPM at max. I burned an estimated 175 calories in 21 minutes.

    Got to admit, this one is mentally challenging for me. I have begun and quit it twice already. I guess my mind is completely wired to expect a little break with these types of moves. Anyway, today I felt like I had enough mental energy to give it another try, and I succeeded! I'm trying to build back my physical and mental strength for these indoors workouts.
