  7. This was tough but great for learning. I love how you kept it very short and sweet and didn't force too much into it. Perfect. And a great way to start a saturday morning : )

  8. Leslie, you inspired me to give yoga a try and I love it! I even got one of my colleagues to start doing yoga herself. Today, I was even more bold and sent out an email to ALL my colleagues to join in on the fun and do yoga together once a week at work. Since some of us are beginners and others are more advanced, which playlist would you recommend? We'd be doing one of your classes each week. Thanks for changing my life, Leslie!

  9. The balancing pose was a little to difficult for me, had a hard time just getting to the right position. But I like attempting poses like that, hopefully will get better with more practice!

  10. I am more flexible than ever! BUT.. still have loong long legs so I think I'll never do the forward bending pose (minute 12:00 ) properly. I can't stretch my legs without my back going at its original place. lol. Anyway thank you for this lessons, you are incredible and have converted a slug into someone who exercise every morning. 😄

  14. I don't know what that balancing pose was that came after Triangle pose, but it's definitely a challenge. Just like all balancing poses are.

  15. The only thing I do not like of this… is that when we finish I want more!! 🙂 I love every single practice. And thanks for your suggestion of yesterday (the sweating problem) I did it and totally enjoying even more the downward facing dog and even getting deeper! thank you! Namasté
