Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here’s a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 – 30 min total per day is a good amount!

Shape up your glutes, hips, thighs, and lower belly with this 10 Min Lowerbody Workout!
0:10 We will start with out warm up which inckludes: Crouch Sway, Lunge Reach, Wide Squats and Plie Rolls.

Going into the 10 Min Lowerbody Workout we will do XX exercises. We start off with Hindu Squats (1:33), then move to Squat Jacks (2:20), Crab Claps (3:05), Closed Squat (3:50), Alternate Lunges (4:35). You can take 1 mite off to breathe and relax!

Second session of the 10 Minute Butt and Thigh Workout starts with Glute Bridges (6:25), Fonkey Kicks (7:10), Donkey Kicks on the other side (7:55), Fire Hydrants (8:40), Fire Hydrants on he Other Side (9:25)
