– not blocking, circling or moving after punching.
– keeping your hands down while punching.
– using your dominant hand for every punch.
– standing in one punch after throwing a punch.
– using too much power in every punch.
– only going for face shots.
– flinching and keeping eyes closed when being attacked.
– stepping on your own feet.
