  2. I practice yoga with Julia via Amazon Prime Video. She has a great set of yoga series for beginners. All clips are no longer than 30 minutes. I feel really great after completing one and doing so at least 3 times a week. Thank you, Julia for keeping my body in-line. It's really effective for someone who has a desk job.

  3. wow this is an amazing morning flow. It feels like the flow was very studied beforehand because all the movements come naturally during the practice. Maybe it's not for first timers because probably you will not know all the names of the positions and then it becomes a bit difficult to follow. But I don't do yoga for long time and I was able to follow easily but still felt my body being challenged with each pose.

  4. I love doing this one to start my day! It's easy to follow along without looking at the screen and I feel ready to start my busy day afterwards 🙂

  6. here's a few ideas for yoga for reducing weight
    Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to it
    Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to help you
    (I read these and why they work on Betwans Yoga Blog site )
